Advantages of working(women)

1. You are independent.
2. Because you are independent, you have decision making power as well.
3. You can support your family financially.
4. You are not dependent on your husband/partner/boy friend to get you anything.
5. You can understand the work stress of your partner.
6. You can actively take part in relieving his work stress and give him better advice.
7. If you are married, your income can be saved for your family’s future.
8. You can remove Tag “Housewife” & your society know you as “Working Woman”

Disadvantages of working(women)

1. You have to manage both home and office.
2. Someday even if you are tired, you have to come home and cook there is no relief from it.
3. You need to take care of your kids like taking their studies, feeding them etc.
4. If your husband or in-laws are not keeping well, you are expected to take a leave.
5. Many people (managers, colleagues) are biased towards working women.
6. You cannot always think about your career, your family plays a very big role in your career.
7. You have limited time to spent with your kids.
8. May your Partner doubt on you.
